Cap. 560 чл. 4Issuance of Blue Badges.

(1) The Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with Disability shall be responsible for the scheme and for authorising the issuance of Blue Badges.

(2) A Blue Badge shall have the design prescribed in Schedule III, shall be proof of its content and shall be considered for all intents and purposes as a public instrument.

(3) Blue Badges shall be issued following due assessment by the Board.
