Cap. 573 чл. 51The amount of compensation can be settled by an agreement.

(1) The amount of compensation to be paid for any land required by the authority may be determined at any time by agreement between the authority and the owner.

(2) Any agreement reached between the authority and the owners regarding the amount of compensation shall be done through a notarial act which shall be registered in the Public Registry and the Lands Registry.
