(1) The sale of debt securities, with the exception of

Treasury bills, shall be effected on the basis of an indicative quarterly issuance calendar approved by the Minister, which provides more detailed information on the issuance and constitutes an integral part of the annual borrowing plan established in article 18 which may be revised in the course of the year.

(2) The Accountant General shall immediately after the approval publish the indicative quarterly issuance calendar.
