(1) The Minister shall, at the time of the annual budget, disclose the stock of guarantees outstanding pursuant to article 3(a)(ii) of the Fiscal Responsibility Act.

(2) At the end of each fiscal year the Treasury Department shall report on the ceilings on guarantees issued by the Government through the Ministry for Finance pursuant to article 15(5)(e) of the

Fiscal Responsibility Act for the forthcoming budget year and the further years.
