Cap. 580 чл. 5Consular protection to family members of unrepresented citizens.

The Government of Malta shall provide consular protection to family members of unrepresented citizens who, though not being citizens of a Member State, are accompanying unrepresented citizens in a third country. Such protection shall be provided to the same extent and on the same concessions as if the family members were family members of a citizen of Malta.
