The competent court may impose on any person who fails or refuses to comply with any measure adopted pursuant to articles 9, 10

and 12 a penalty of not less than five hundred euro (€500) but not more than one hundred fifty thousand euro (€150,000). The competent court may additionally impose a daily recurring penalty payment of not less than fifty euro (€50) but not more than one thousand euro (€1,000) in the event of non-compliance with a measure adopted pursuant to articles 10 and 12.
