Cap. 592 чл. 11Guiding principles on behaviour of innovative technology service providers.

(1) Every innovative technology service provider and every person who may be designated to carry out any role in any innovative technology arrangement, even if not recognised under this

Act, shall respect the following principles of best practice in relation to his or its activities.

(2) In carrying on its operations, it shall:

(a) conduct its business with honesty and integrity;

(b) pay due regard to the rights, interests and needs of each and all its customers and must communicate with them in a way that is fair, clear and not misleading;

(c) manage and control its business effectively, and conduct its business with due skill, care and diligence; and ARRANGEMENTS AND SERVICES

(d) have effective arrangements in place, through human resources, including third party delegates or contractors, financial resources as well as technology facilities to be able to meet its operational and compliance obligations.
