Cap. 595 чл. 20Public officers’ assignment to and transfer between posts.

(1) A public officer may be assigned to a post in any department in the public service which involves performance of the duties of his grade or position, and he may also be transferred to such a post in any other department.

(2) Such initial assignment or transfer may be made by the Principal Permanent Secretary or by any other public officer delegated by him for the purpose.
