(1) Upon the coming into force of this Act, the words and phrases referred to in the third column of First Schedule, which words and phrases occur in the provisions specified in the second column of the said Schedule, which provisions are to be found in the enactments referred to in the first column of the said Schedule, shall be amended in accordance with the amendments referred to in the fourth column of the said Schedule.

(2) Upon the coming into force of this Act, the subsidiary legislation listed in the first column of the Second Schedule shall be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act, and shall be re-numbered accordingly as specified in the third column of the said Schedule.
