The Regulator may impose an administrative fine upon any person who infringes any Remit Regulation requirement, any provision of this Act or regulations made thereunder or who fails to comply with any decision given by the Regulator in ensuring compliance with this Act, in accordance with articles 12, 13 and 14 of the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act which shall mutatis mutandis apply to this Act.
