Cap. 612 чл. 9Exchange of information between Member States.

The Ministry responsible for a regulated profession or its delegate shall take the necessary measures to exchange information with other Member States on matters covered by this Act, on the particular way that Malta regulates a profession, and on the effects of such regulation.
