Cap. 614 чл. 25General provisions.

(1) When two cohabitants contract a marriage or civil union between them, the public deed of cohabitation shall be terminated ipso facto from the day on which the same marriage or civil union is contracted.

(2) The Director of Public Registry shall record an annotation of this on the Cohabitation Certificate.
