Title VII of Part I of Book Second of the Code of Organization and
The prosecution of a criminal offence or the initiation of proceedings to impose an administrative fine under this Act or under any other special law which the Authority is entitled to administer or enforce shall be prescribed by the lapse of two (2) years from the date on which the offence or administrative infringement is alleged to have been committed.
