Cap. 626 чл. 12Competence of the Authority.

In carrying out its functions under this Act and any special law that the Authority is entitled to administer or enforce, the Authority shall pay regard to the nature and features the subject matter of which falls within its competence and shall seek to reflect such elements in its policies and administration.
