Cap. 626 чл. 44Prevention of corruption in sport. 

(1) The Authority shall act as the Sports Integrity

Unit prescribed by Part II of the Prevention of Corruption in Sport

Act and shall carry out its functions according to that Act.

(2) There shall be a National Platform for the Prevention of Corruption in Sport, coordinated by the Authority, which shall be composed of the national stakeholders which are mostly affected by the risk of corruption in sport, which shall exchange information and best practices and collaborate in the fight against corruption in sport with other national and international organisations and public authorities.

(3) The Minister shall, after consultation with the Authority, make regulations as to the establishment, the composition and the distinct legal personality of the National Platform against Corruption in Sport and the powers that are to be granted to this platform in order to achieve its objectives:

Provided that the National Platform shall contain at least one (1) representative each from the Authority, the Malta Gaming Authority, the Police, the Ministry responsible for sport, the Ministry responsible for the home affairs, the Maltese Olympic Committee, and the Malta Football Association.
