Title II
(1) The provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil
Procedure relating to appeals from judgements and decrees of the Civil Court shall apply to appeals from judgements and mutatis mutandis decrees delivered under this Act, unless otherwise provided in this Act.
(2) An appeal from a judgement of the Civil Court on behalf of the group of consumers may only be filed by the plaintiff and not by the group of consumers.
