A crowdfunding service provider, or any person having responsibility for the day to day administration or management of such crowdfunding service provider, shall provide the competent authority with details of any changes in the information provided under the ECSP Regulation, this Act, or any regulations or Rules issued thereunder as soon as such crowdfunding service provider or such person becomes aware of such changes.
