Cap. 647 чл. 55Cooperation with the EBA and ESMA.

(1) For the purposes of the MiCA Regulation, the competent authority shall cooperate closely with ESMA in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1095/2010 and with the EBA in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010, and it shall exchange information with ESMA and the EBA for the purposes of the duties which shall be carried out by the competent authority, ESMA and the EBA under Chapters 1 to 3 of Title VII of the MiCA Regulation.

(2) The competent authority shall, without delay, provide the EBA and ESMA with all the information necessary for them to perform their duties, in accordance with Article 35 of Regulation

(EU) No. 1093/2010 and Article 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 1095/2010 respectively.
