An electronic monitoring order may be issued by the Chief

Executive Officer of the Correctional Services Agency in respect of any prisoner who is granted prison leave in accordance with regulation

61 of the Prisons Regulations:

Provided that the electronic monitoring order may be revoked by the Chief Executive Officer of the Correctional Services Agency in respect of prisoners if he deems it appropriate in the circumstances.
