In the event of conflict the provisions of the Electronic

Communications (Regulation) Act and of any regulations listed under the Third Schedule shall prevail over any of the provisions of this Part:

Provided that the Minister responsible for electronic communications may, from time to time by notice in the Gazette, amend the list of regulations stated in the aforesaid Schedule.
