Cap. 9 чл. 156Aiding and abetting on the part of person notchargedwith the custody, etc., of person escaping.

Whosoever, not being charged with the custody, care, or conveyance of any person under arrest or sentence, shall facilitate or be an accomplice in the escape of such person, shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishment established for the person so charged and conniving, decreased by one degree:

Provided that in the cases referred to in the last preceding article, the offender shall be liable to the same punishment established for the person so charged and conniving.
