S.L. 156.2 чл. 7Licensing procedures prior to commencement of production operations.

The Licensing Authority shall ensure that the licensing procedures for offshore oil and gas operations relating to a given licensed area shall be organised in such a way that information collected as a result of exploration can be considered by the Licensing Authority prior to the commencement of production operations.
