S.L. 217.2 чл. 4Offences and punishments.

Any person who acts in contravention of any regulation made applicable under regulation 3 shall be guilty of an offence against these Regulations and shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishments established for contraventions.

SCHEDULE

(Regulation 2) In view of the age of the detainee and of all the circumstances of the case, Jauze Allah, who is at present detained at the Corradino Prisons, is to be detained at Savio College, Buskett Road, Dingli.
