With effect from the 20th October, 1981:

(a) An area of land forming part of the Ta’ l-Iklin Government Housing Estate, Birkirkara, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 119 and 120 having an area of approximately 1064 square metres bounded on the South, East and West by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Il-Qasam tal-Warda Government Housing Estate, Qrendi, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 1 to 83 having an area of approximately 25,136 square metres bounded on the North, North-West and North-East by public roads and on the South-East, South-West and East by Government property.

(c) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Kir`ippu Government Housing Estate, Si[[iewi:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 1 to 7, 20 to 28 and 32 to 34 having an area of approximately 6455 square metres bounded on the North, South, East and West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 67 to 75 having an area of approximately 2469 square metres bounded on the North-East, South and East by Government property.

(d) An area of land forming part of the Tagok Government Housing Estate, Xewkija, Gozo, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 1 to 81 having an area of approximately 19,586 square metres bounded on the North partly by a public road and partly by property of Pinu Bugeja and others, on the South partly by Government property and partly by property of family Cauchi and on the East by Government property.
