With effect from the 7th August, 1984:

(a) The following land forming part of the Birzebbugia Government Housing Estate:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 107 to 115 having an area of approximately 2705 square metres bounded on the North, South and South-West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 61 to 76 and 93 to 105 having an area of approximately 7904 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-East and North by Government property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Kirkop II Government Housing Estate, limits of Kirkop:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 18 to 41 having an area of approximately 5010 square metres bounded on the North, West, South-West and North-East by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 42 to 76 having an area of approximately 6948 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-East and North-East by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 77 to 80 having an area of approximately 1027 square metres bounded on the North, South-East and North-West by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 15 and 17 having an area of approximately 3199 square metres bounded on the North, West and South-East by Government property.

(c) An area of land at the Safi Government Housing Estate having an area of approximately 102 square metres which area is to be additional to Plot Nos. 1, 14 and 15 bounded on the North-West by property of Michael A. Axiaq, and on the South and East by property of the Housing Authority.

(d) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Kir`ippu Government Housing Estate, limits of Si[[iewi:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 12 to 19 having an area of approxirnatelv 2317 square metres bounded on the North West by property of Philip Mifsud, on the South-West partly by Government property and partly by property of the Housing Authority and on the East by property of Gaetano Bonello;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plot in the said Estate l nown as Plot No. 29 having an area of approximately 298 square metres bounded on the North-East, South-East and North-West by Government property.

(e) An area of land at the Villa Rosa Government Housing Estate, limits of St Julians consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 1 having an area of approximately 536 square metres bounded on the North-West and South-East by Government property and on the South-West by a public passage.

(f) The following land forming part of the Victoria (Rabat) Govermnent Housing Estate, Gozo:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 44 to 73 having an area of approximately 7080 square metres bounded on the North-West and on the East by Government property, on the South-East by Capuchin's Street and on the West by a public road;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 74 to 93 having an area of approximately 5321 square metres bounded on the North-West and West by Government property and on the South- East by Capuchin’s Street.

(g) An area of land at the Xag]ra (Church Street) Government Housing Estate, Gozo consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 20 having an area of approximately 3731 square metres bounded on the North, South, East and West by Government property.

(h) House numbered 10, Government Housing Estate, G]axaq.

(i) Flat numbered 6, Door 2, Entrance A, Government Housing Estate, Lija.

(j) House numbered 23, Government Housing Estate, Marsaxlokk.

(k) The following houses at Government Housing Estate, Paola:

(i) Flat numbered 6, Block 2, Scheme 2, Government Housing Estate, Paola;

(ii) Flat numbered 3, Block E, Unit 3, Government Estate, Paola;

(iii) House numbered 107, Tal-Borg Street, Government Housing Estate, Paola.

(l) Flat numbered 2, Block D, Door 5, G]ajn Qajjett, Ta’ Busugrilla Government Housing Estate, Rabat, Malta.
