In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Convention" shall have the same meaning assigned to it by article 2 of the Extradition (Designated Foreign Countries) (No. 2) Order;

"the Protocol" means the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition done at Strasbourg on the 17th March, 1978, and the terms of which are set out in the relevant Protocol published in the Gazette dated 23rd February, 2001.
