S.L. 327.437 чл. 13Common provisions for the governing bodies of the Academy.

(1) Any question proposed for decision at any meeting of any governing body of the Academy shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting, and if on any such question the votes are equally divided the member presiding shall have and exercise a casting vote.

(2) Unless otherwise provided in this Order, persons holding office on a governing body not shall hold that office for a ex officio period of two years: Provided that such persons shall continue so to hold office, despite the expiry of their term, until the election or appointment of another person to substitute that person.
