S.L. 33.3 чл. 3Fixing of signs.

(1) There shall be fixed an appropriate number of signs at a safe distance from the fireworks factory to alert persons of the danger involved and to secure their safety.

(2) The number and size of the signs and their spacing and distance from each individual factory shall be decided by the Commissioner after consulting the Explosives Committee.

(3) The signs shall contain the following words in both Maltese and English: "DANGER Fireworks Factory It is dangerous to Go Beyond this Point".

(4) It shall be the responsibility of the licensee of the fireworks factory to ensure that these signs are fixed in accordance with the directions given by the Commissioner and that they are kept in an upright position and properly maintained.
