(1) The fees specified in the Schedule shall be leviable by the Commissioner of Police in respect of the examination of any script by censors, for the purposes of the provisions of regulation 42 of the Cinema and Stage Regulations.

(2) Such fees shall include the censorship certificate provided for in regulation 46 of the regulations referred to in sub-regulation (1): Provided that for each duplicate censorship certificate, the Commissioner of Police shall levy an additional fee of fifty-eight cents (0.58).
