S.L. 373.2 чл. 3Establishment, scope and composition of the Committee.

(1) There is hereby established a National

Coordinating Committee on Combating Money Laundering and

Funding of Terrorism.

(2) The Committee shall be composed in accordance with the provisions of article 12A(3) of the Act.
