In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Act" means the Companies Act;

"INVCO" means an investment company with fixed share.

(2) The provisions of article 84(10) of the Act shall, for the purposes of these regulations, apply to an INVCO which holds a collective investment scheme licence in terms of article 4 of the Investment Services Act.
