S.L. 427.93 чл. 13Competent authority responsible for granting authorisation for the use of seed or vegetative propagating material not obtained by the organic production methods.

(1) The use of seed or vegetative propagating material not obtained by the organic production methods shall only be authorised if not available by organic methods:

Provided that the provisions of Article 45, sub-

paragraphs (2) to (9) of Regulation (EC) 889/2008 shall apply.

(2) The competent authority shall, in accordance with

Article 45(4) of Regulation (EC) 889/2008, be the authority responsible for granting authorisations referred to in Article 45(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) 889/2008.
