S.L. 437.1 чл. 4Nominations.

The Commission shall, once it has been nominated by the Minister, as soon as possible cause a notice to be published in the Gazette and in two local daily newspapers, specifying the place, the dates and times during which nominations of candidates for election to the Council shall be received by the Commission.
