(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: "Act" means the Administrative Justice Act;

"application" means the application made in terms of article 15(2) of the Act;

"by electronic means" shall mean online.

(2) Other words and expressions contained in these regulations shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
