S.L. 499.21 чл. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"aircraft" shall have the meaning assigned to it in article 2 of the

Air Navigation Act;

"Director General" means the Director General responsible for Civil Aviation in Malta and, to the extent of the authority given, any person authorised in that behalf by the Director General; "owner" in relation to an aircraft includes any person by whom the aircraft is hired at the time of the offence.
