S.L. 528.6 чл. 2General Services Board. Cap. 10. Cap. 94. Cap. 31.

There shall be a General Services Board whose functions shall be:

(a) to serve as an Appeals Board from decisions, relating to matters and issues arising out of the Code of Police Laws, taken by sanitary inspectors or sanitary officers of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority;

(b) to discharge such functions as were, or may have been, vested in it by the Department of Health (Constitution)

Ordinance prior to its repeal, and by the Medical and

Kindred Professions Ordinance and the regulations made under any of such Ordinances;

(c) to discharge such other functions as are, or may be, vested in it by any other law in force in Malta.
