In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives

Act;

"trainee" means any person who has obtained the academic degree mentioned in article 6(c) of the Act, and who intends to sit for the qualification examination mentioned in the said article.
