S.L. 573.3 чл. 3Qualification.

Any person recognized having a title of lease or temporary emphyteusis over a garage/site may apply by virtue of these regulations to rescind, revoke and annul the contract in force with the Authority and have it substituted by another garage/site as specified in these regulations.
