S.L. 583.7 чл. 3Applicability.

(1) These regulations only apply to gaming premises in Malta.

(2) No gaming service may be provided on vessels, aircraft or other vehicles in Malta, with the exception of authorised cruise casinos:

Provided that for the avoidance of any doubt, the previous paragraph does not apply to vessels or aircraft flying or entitled to fly the flag of Malta, or registered in Malta, whilst the said vessel or aircraft is navigating or flying outside and beyond the territorial waters of Malta. Part II
