S.L. 601.1 чл. 28Statement of assets and liabilities and statement of the estimated financial position.

The estimates shall be accompanied by a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Government at the close of the last completed financial year, and a statement showing the estimated financial position of the Government at the beginning of the financial year to which the estimates relate.
