(1) The judicial acts, written pleadings and other documents which are to be filed with the Secretary of the Commercial Sanctions

Tribunal may be filed in the Registry of the Civil Courts and Tribunals,

Malta.

(2) The provisions of regulations 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 92 applicable to the Review Board shall apply mutatis also to the Commercial Sanctions Tribunal. mutandis
