S.L. 601.9 чл. 6Non-applicability in the field of electronic communications

These regulations shall not apply to concessions for the principal purpose of permitting the contracting authorities to provide or exploit public communications networks, or to provide to the public one or more electronic communications services:

Provided that for the purposes of this regulation the term "public communications network" and "electronic communications service" shall have the same meaning as in Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
