S.L. 628.1 чл. 91Exclusion of liability.

The Authority and any member of its board, officer or employee of the Authority, shall not be liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of any functions under the Act, the Authority on the Responsible Use of Cannabis Act or any regulations made thereunder, unless the act or omission is proven to have been done or omitted in bad faith.
