S.L. const.5 чл. 18Power of the Commission to regulate the selection process.

The Commission may issue directions to regulate any aspect of the selection process, including but not limited to:

(a) the setting of selection criteria;

(b) the procedure to be followed in dealing with applications;

(c) the proceedings of selection boards;

(d) the use of short-listing;

(e) the content and presentation of selection board reports; and

(f) the manner in which the outcome of the selection process shall be made known to applicants.
