Cap. 10 Art. 320Power of court to cancel or suspend licence of shopkeepers, etc.

In the case of a second or subsequent conviction for any contravention committed by any shopkeeper, vendor, or other person exercising any art, trade or other calling in virtue of a licence from the competent authority, in connection with the exercise of such art, trade or other calling, it shall be lawful for the court to cancel the licence, or to suspend the same for any time, in its discretion.
