Cap. 12 Art. 263Enforcement by creditorofcreditor.

(1) It shall be lawful for the creditor of a creditor, by sworn application, to enforce or prosecute the enforcement of the title which his debtor was entitled to enforce.

(2) The sworn application shall be served on the debtor against whom enforcement is sought and on his creditor.
