Cap. 12 Art. 386Where and against whom warrant in may be factum executed.

A warrant if so required for the enforcement of in factum, any judgment and where an express order to that effect is made by the court, may be executed in any place, other than a church, and against any person, other than the ascendants of the person suing out the warrant or any minister of religion while in the exercise of his ministry.
