Cap. 12 Art. 409Extension of time.

If in the course of the said time the jactitator shall ask for an extension thereof, the judgment on the issue of perpetual silence reserved as provided in the last preceding article, shall be adjourned until the demand for the extension be dealt with, or until the enlarged time shall elapse.
