Cap. 12 Art. 413Effects of non-suit in action by jactitator.

Where in the action instituted by the jactitator the court shall give judgment of non-suit against the jactitator, the time allowed under article 408, shall commence to run anew from the day on which the judgment of non-suit shall have become a res judicata but may not be enlarged.
