Cap. 12 Art. 487Cognizance of matters of voluntary jurisdiction not to be ground for challenge or abstention of judge.

The judge who shall have granted or refused the leave or authorization applied for, or who shall have otherwise taken cognizance of any matter of voluntary jurisdiction, may not on such ground be challenged or precluded from taking cognizance of any cause in any of the courts of contentious jurisdiction in which any issue relating to such matter may afterwards arise.
